At Sole, we guarantee every sneaker, apparel, and accessory item is 100% authentic. If you believe you’ve received an item that isn’t authentic, we promise to make it right.

Scope & Eligibility

  • This policy applies to all products sold by Sole — online at itssole.com and in our retail locations.

  • Retail, wholesale, and resale items are all covered.

  • We own every piece of inventory — we are not a consignment store. That means every item is under our control from sourcing through delivery.

Authentication Process
We verify authenticity through a multi-step process:

  1. Manual inspection — Our in-house experts (with 8+ years of combined experience) perform hands-on checks when items arrive.

  2. AI-assisted tools — We use apps like CheckCheck, LegitApp, and Poizon, which combine image analysis and human authentication to double-verify important details.

  3. Detailed checks — We inspect stitching, tags, SKU/style codes, materials, shape, and look at the box & packaging (when applicable).

Guarantee & Remedies

  • If you believe your purchase is not authentic, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it, with all tags & packaging intact.

  • Once we confirm an issue, we will offer you either a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.

Transparency in Sourcing

  • Some inventory is sourced via trusted retail/wholesale partners; others are acquired through resale channels. Regardless, every item is authenticated using the same standards.

  • Since we own our inventory outright, we directly manage quality & verification at every stage.
