Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy
Effective date: September 6, 2025 (applies to orders placed on or after this date)

Summary

Refunds aren’t offered. Subject to the conditions below, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. This policy doesn’t limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Eligibility & condition

  • Items must be unused/unworn with all original tags and packaging. For footwear, the shoe box is part of the product—please place it inside an outer carton (no labels/tape on the shoe box).

  • Pre-owned items must be returned in the same condition received; any security/tamper tags (if present) must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • We may decline a return or adjust the credit if items are worn, damaged, missing components, or returned without required packaging.

Final sale (not returnable)

Gift cards; socks/insoles; items marked Final Sale; promotional gifts; and any other items designated as non-returnable on the product page.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability (resale inventory is often unique). If the requested item isn’t available, we’ll issue store credit for the item price paid.

  • When an exchange is approved, we typically provide a prepaid return label for the first exchange on an order.

Store-credit returns

  • If you use our label for a return for store credit, a $9.95 return shipping fee is deducted from the credit. You may also return the item using your own insured carrier to avoid the label fee.

  • Store credit is issued to your customer account (or as a digital credit) and can be used online (when logged in) and in-store.

In-store exchanges & store credit

You may complete an exchange or receive store credit in store within the same 30-day window, subject to the eligibility rules above. Bring the item, original packaging, and proof of purchase to either location:

  • Denver (Cherry Creek Shopping Center): 3000 E 1st Ave #118, Denver, CO 80206

  • Los Angeles (Beverly Center): 8500 Beverly Blvd Space 665, Los Angeles, CA 90048

Inventory varies by location; if the requested item isn’t available, we’ll issue store credit for the item price paid.

Defective, incorrect, or authenticity concerns

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged/defective, incorrect, or you have an authenticity concern. After inspection, we’ll replace the item when possible; if a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue store credit. Where required by law (for example, if an item is confirmed not as described or fails applicable warranty standards), we will provide the remedy required by that law. This policy doesn’t exclude or limit any statutory rights.

How to start a return

Submit a request from your order status page or customer account, or contact us and we’ll send approval and instructions. You’ll receive a prepaid label when eligible.
