Order
No—inventory is unique and first-come, first-served until checkout is completed.
1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Processing is separate from carrier transit time.
Only before fulfillment begins. We can’t reroute packages once shipped.
You’ll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Tracking may update ~24 hours after the label is created.
Shipping & Delivery
No. We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states & D.C.). We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO via appropriate carriers.

Economy — $8.00 (est. 5–8 business days)
Standard — $10.00 (est. 3–5 business days)
Express — $20.00 (est. 1–3 business days)

Orders $300+ may require an adult signature on delivery (no extra cost). You can request signature on lower-value orders right after purchase.
Check around your address and with neighbors, then contact the carrier. Because theft occurs after delivery, it isn’t covered by default—consider signature service or in-store pickup.
Returns & Exchanges
No refunds. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
Items must be unused/unworn with all original tags and packaging. For footwear, the shoe box is part of the product—ship it inside an outer carton (no labels/tape on the box).
Pre-owned items must be in the same condition received; any security/tamper tags must be intact. Proof of purchase required.
Gift cards; socks/insoles; items marked Final Sale; promotional gifts; and any product page labeled non-returnable.
In-store (fastest & free): Bring the item, original packaging, and proof of purchase to our Denver or Los Angeles store within 30 days. We’ll process the exchange or issue store credit on the spot (no fee).
Online / mail-in: Start from your order status page or customer account, or email store@itssole.com. We’ll approve and send instructions. Exchanges typically receive a prepaid return label; store-credit returns can use our label ($9.95 deducted) or ship with your own insured carrier (no label fee).
Items must meet our eligibility conditions.
In-store exchange or store-credit return: No fee.
Mail-in store-credit return using our prepaid label: $9.95 is deducted from your credit.
Mail-in using your own insured carrier: No label fee (you pay the carrier directly).
Approved exchanges by mail typically receive a prepaid label at no charge.

In-Store Pickup & Stores
Yes—select Pick up in store at checkout (free). We’ll email when it’s ready (usually 1–2 business days). Bring a photo ID and your order number. Orders are held 14 days after the ready-for-pickup email.
Yes—within 30 days, subject to eligibility and inventory. Bring the item, original packaging, and proof of purchase.

Payments, Gift Cards & Promotions
All major methods supported by Shopify at checkout (options shown at checkout).
No. Gift cards don’t expire and aren’t redeemable for cash unless required by law.
Sometimes—we run promotions via codes. Unless stated otherwise, free shipping codes apply to Economy or Standard service.
Product Info & Authenticity
Yes—items are verified. If you have an authenticity or not-as-described concern, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll inspect and resolve per policy.
Condition will be noted on the product page. Pre-owned must be returned as received with any tamper/security tags intact.
Taxes & Receipts
Yes—sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address (some states tax shipping, as required by law). Your order confirmation serves as your receipt.

No, but creating one lets you track orders, use/store credit online, and start returns faster.
